Premise and Conclusion Indicators

Here is a list of both premise and conclusion indicator terms. These are terms that you will often encounter in texts that typically indicate that either a premise or a conclusion of an argument is coming. So, when you see one of these terms it should alert to the presence of an argument somewhere in the near-vicinity:
